Social responsibility, cross-sectoral cooperation and social entrepreneurship

PDCS systematically works in the field of corporate social responsibility and cross-sector cooperation and, in particular, corporate involvement in community development. We provide analytical, consultancy, information sharing, and educational services in this area.

We help develop the concept of social entrepreneurship both at the methodology level by sharing know-how or at the project level by consulting on specific social economy projects.

Project examples

In the international research-oriented project The Way It Works of the Carpathian Foundation, we worked with partners from Romania, Hungary, and Poland to produce an analysis of and recommendations for development of corporate social responsibility in the Carpathian region.

We helped facilitate discussion on benefits of corporate social responsibility in Eastern Slovakia.

Our experience

We participated actively in a number of conferences, seminars and discussion fora both nationally and internationally. We provided consultancy services to several grant programs. We helped nonprofit organizations and socially responsible businesses develop their business plans. We conducted market research and formulated profiles of potential business partners to be addressed by nonprofit organizations.
