Translation of auditor's report

We carried out audit of attached annual accounts of the Civic Association PDCS for the year 2007, including balance sheet as at 31 December 2007, and the related profit and loss statement for the year ended on that date. Responsibility for annual accounts is held by the statutory body of the Civic Association. Our responsibility is to express our opinion on these annual accounts on the basis of our audit.

We carried out the audit in accordance with the International Standard on Auditing (ISA). It gives us obligation to plan and perform audit in order to get reasonable assurance that annual accounts are free of significant inaccuracies. The audit includes verification of supporting records stating amounts and other information in annual accounts, on the basis of tests. Furthermore, audit includes review of accounting principles used and evaluation of significant estimates made by the management of Civic Association, as well as assessment of presentation of annual accounts as a whole. We believe our audit provides a reasonable basis for our opinion.

In our opinion, annual accounts provide a faithful and truthful expression of financial situation of the Civic Association as at 31 December 2007 and its income for the year ended on that date, in accordance with the Slovak Act on Accounting.
