Accredited training courses
PDCS aims to provide its services on highly professional level. One of the attributes of our professionalism is the accreditation for our educational courses we were given in years 2005 and 2004. The courses are accredited by the Slovak Ministry of Education and the absolvents of these courses receive special certificate. The accreditation guarantees education with high quality and on high professional level.
In accredited courses we must follow rules defined by the Slovak Ministry of Education. One of the most important rules is that absolvents need to attend the entire course on a given topic and the topics must follow those defined in the accredited course (see bellow).
In 2005, PDCS was given acceditation (decision no. 1289/10496/2005/249/1-2) for its courses in the following areas:
Mediation - Alternative conflict resolution - training for mediators - 100 hours
Mediation - Alternative conflict resolution - training for legal professions - 30 hours
In 2004, PDCS was given accreditation (decision no. 1289/24229/2004/333/1-6) for its courses in the following areas:
Training of trainers for traditional training and facilitative education of adults, 72 hours
Consulting on organizational and community development, 136 hours
Civic participation and community development, 96 hours
Prevention, solution, and transformation of conflicts, 72 hours
Working with minorities, 72 hours
